It’s been two years since I photographed Andrew’s brother and boy did the time fly!
This image is my favorite out of all of them…
And a very close second…

I love the rust and those huge rivets. This area has so many different places to shoot, this is just a slice of the goodness :)

So I know this chick named Kathy (I don’t just know her, she is my homegirl and I LOVE her!) and she knows this chick named Mackenzie (and now she is my homegirl too and I LOVE her!). Anyway, Kenz just sold her superfly house down in Vancouver and we had one last opportunity to go there and photograph before it would be called trespassing.
Click here for Kathy’s blog entry on this shoot.
Here is Kathy and her son Jamison…

And my fave of the two of them…

Jaime, one of Kenz’s friends, was volunteered to be our model (thank you Jaime!). She agreed to bust out her perfectly preserved wedding dress (’cause it’s just sittin’ in the closet, never to be worn again, why not?) and do whatever we told her.
Here are a couple of the images…oh yeah, skip the last two if skin is offensive

I absolutely jumped at the opportunity to photograph this little girl.
Lately it seems I can’t get enough babies. I want more! More! More! (think Billy Idol)
This bundle is their first and it’s the beginning of her life…precious…

When I walked into their house, I saw these guitars and the red seat. It was so perfect, this one is my fave.
I love the texture of the blanket (hand made by a friend) and the color of the seat…

I know a chick who is very talented at making sterling jewelry. I have a couple of her pieces and I LOVE them!
She banded together a few other talented women for a show which I am hosting at the studio.
Are you coming? Should be fun!

It’s the tale end of the senior season and I have been having fun photographing all these kids who are on their way to making their way in the big bad world.
Here is a girl who I know is going to make her mark. Where is she going? To start she is hittin’ UPS and after that…THE WORLD! Whatever it is, she will do it with confidence, the number one trait that will get you where you want to go!
